Before

Auditors collected asset data on site in Excel, matched photos to assets themselves and put each valuation report together by hand. Mistakes crept in during data entry, and changes were hard to trace.

What I built

Auditors now import their sheets with strict validation, and photos are linked to assets automatically from sequential image references. Each asset can carry several valuation bases (going concern, orderly liquidation, forced liquidation). Reports go out as PDF or Excel, with or without values and photos, through private links with controls for each recipient.

What it handles

  1. 01Excel-based bulk asset data import with validation
  2. 02Excel-based export of valuation results
  3. 03Automatic photo-to-asset mapping using sequential image references
  4. 04Support for multiple valuation bases per asset with logical value checks
  5. 05Custom and default asset attributes with dropdown-controlled values
  6. 06Advanced asset search, filtering, grouping, and subtotal calculations
  7. 07Multi-format report generation (with/without values and photos)
  8. 08Secure report sharing via private links with recipient-level controls
  9. 09PDF and Excel export of filtered valuation results
  10. 10Image gallery and large-scale photo preview per asset
  11. 11Role-based user access and permission management
  12. 12Time and expense tracking for valuation projects
  13. 13Searchable historical valuation database with retention rules
