Mortgage quotes built in the CRM instead of Excel.

Before

Loan officers worked out quotes in Excel and turned them into client documents by hand. Leads and quotes were kept in separate places.

What I built

Officers pull property data through RETS, set up borrower profiles and choose FHA or conventional loan settings. Mortgage insurance, closing costs and savings update as they type, several rate and points options sit side by side, and the finished quote goes to the client by email or as a PDF.
