An online quoting and booking system for limousine companies, with a WordPress website for customers and a Laravel CRM behind it. It has been installed for several companies.

Before

Prices depended on distance, vehicle, luggage, return trips and extras, so quoting by hand was slow, and every lead needed following up.

What I built

Customers get an instant price on the WordPress site and can book and pay online with Stripe. Each lead then moves through the CRM as new, quoted, followed up, booked or expired, with email and SMS reminders and assignment to agents. The website and the CRM talk to each other over a REST API.
