Before

Agents looked up tours, operators and prices by hand and put every proposal together themselves, so each one took time and replies to clients were slow.

What I built

Tours, operators, pricing rules and availability sit in one system. Agents filter tours, compare them side by side, build an itinerary and email a branded PDF proposal, then follow the conversation through to a booking.
