Orders, payments and commissions in one dashboard.

Before

Orders for each student, with sizes, colors, logos and personalization, were tracked in spreadsheets, along with invoices, part payments and commissions.

What I built

Administrators create orders for each student and set up each product's options. Invoices are generated with line items, part payments and amounts due are tracked, and commissions are calculated automatically. A dashboard shows total orders, profit, money collected and money still owed, and school representatives have their own logins.
