Talent search moved out of Excel and got much faster.

Before

Artist details lived in Excel and headshots in folders, so finding the right people for an audition meant searching through both by hand.

What I built

Agencies import artists in bulk from CSV and upload photos in bulk. Headshots are matched to profiles automatically and resized to one standard. Agents search on more than 20 attributes, including age, height, measurements, location, skills and union status, build shortlists and print PDF contact sheets with headshots.
