Before

The brokerage handled quotes, orders, invoices, waybills, sales reports and compliance documents in Excel. The business depended on those workbooks, and none of them were connected.

What I built

I moved the whole workflow into one web system with separate sales and admin roles. A quote becomes an order without retyping, the PDFs for each document are generated and stored automatically, and the accounts link to QuickBooks.
